GLAM GAS KITCHEN & HOME APPLIANCES WARRANTY CARD

  1. The warranty is non-transferable.

  2. Customers must follow all operating and routine maintenance requirements provided in the user manual.

  3. The warranty covers defective parts and manufacturing faults only.

  4. If any nozzle or part is changed by an outsourced technician, the company will not entertain any complaint.

  5. Customers must show the product’s warranty card at the time of complaint.

  6. No warranty applies for color fade on any Glam Gas product.

  7. No warranty applies for glass in any product.

  8. If a gas hob is used with a suction (vacuum) machine, the company will not be responsible for any damage, and the warranty will be void.

🔧 WARRANTY PERIOD FOR KITCHEN APPLIANCES

A) One (1) year for hood motor replacement warranty.
B) One (1) year for HEATRAYZ burner replacement.
    No warranty on auto ignition and glass.
C) One (1) year for built-in oven warranty.
D) One (1) year for built-in microwave warranty.
E) One (1) year for faucet leakage warranty.
F) One (1) year for cooking range burner warranty.
    No warranty on auto ignition and glass.
G) One (1) year sink warranty (waste pipes and fittings are not included).
H) One (1) year infrared ceramic cooker warranty.

🔥 WARRANTY PERIOD FOR WATER HEATER (GEYSER)

A) Two (2) year tank warranty — even when used with salty or mixed water.
11 gauge top & bottom, 14 gauge galvanized inner tank (approved at 50 PSI).
Not used at pressure water.

B) Three (3) year tank warranty — even when used with salty or mixed water.
11 gauge top & bottom, 11 gauge galvanized inner tank (approved at 100 PSI).

C) Five (5) year tank warranty — even when used with salty or mixed water.
8 gauge top & bottom, 8 gauge galvanized inner tank (approved at 100 PSI).

D) One (1) year electric water heater warranty.

⚠️ Important Note

GLAM GAS products must be purchased only from authorized company dealers.
Otherwise, the company will not accept any kind of warranty or claim.

Doorstep after-sales service is available in the following cities:
Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Lahore, Islamabad, and Peshawar.

For all other cities, our team first understands the customer’s issue,
then delivers the required parts. The customer can get the parts installed by any local technician,
while our team assists through video call to guide and ensure proper installation.
