Very disappointed with the quality of the Glam Gas Faucet A-11. I purchased this faucet on 3 January 2026 and installed it in the first week of February 2026. After approximately two months of use, it started leaking from one point.
Glam Gas replaced the unit on 11 April 2026, but unfortunately the replacement faucet also developed leakage issues on 5 May 2026 — this time from three different locations.
The faucet has now been replaced for the second time on 9 May 2026. A product should not fail repeatedly within such a short period. Repeated leakage issues in both the original and replacement units raise serious concerns regarding product quality, durability, and quality control.
In addition, Glam Gas charged PKR 1,000 as visiting charges on each service visit, except when the issue occurred within one month. Customers should not have to repeatedly pay service charges for recurring defects in a relatively new product.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.
