I ordered the Glam Gas Thunder 12 chimney from the Golimar branch in May 2025. I got it installed in June, and just a few days later, the blower stopped working. Within a week after that, the speaker also stopped working.
I registered a complaint in June, and after a whole month, the customer service team finally came, checked the chimney, and said that the blower was working fine. I honestly don’t know what to say anymore – either they don’t know how to do their job, or they think we are lying.
They also told me that they would install the speaker within 2-3 days, but now it’s August and still no update – no technician, no service team, no follow-up from customer support.
I spent a lot of money expecting good performance and service, but all I got was stress and frustration.
