A Chandelier Style Hood For Center Kitchen Layouts

Center or island kitchens have become a favorite layout for modern homes, but most standard hoods simply were not built for that setup. At Glam Gas, we created the Island Glow Hood specifically for these open, center facing kitchens. 

The chandelier style silhouette hangs above the island as a design piece on its own, adding a bold and contemporary look rather than just functioning as an exhaust unit. It is meant to be seen, not hidden.

No Ducting, No Ceiling Work

Building a center kitchen usually comes with a hidden cost, the ducting and ceiling cutting required for a traditional hood. We removed that barrier entirely with a recycle, pipe less system. 

Smoke and oil particles get pulled in from below, pass through a set of high efficiency filters, and clean air releases from the top. 

There is no pipe, no ceiling construction, and installation cost drops by as much as 80 percent, making a center kitchen far more realistic for apartments and already finished homes.

Materials And Controls Built To Last

The front panel uses tempered black glass for a premium finish, while the stainless steel side body resists rust and holds up over years of daily cooking. 

Our smart touch panel runs the three speed copper motor and LED lighting, and hand gesture control allows the unit to switch on, off, or change speed without anyone touching a greasy panel. 

A remote is included as well, so the hood can be adjusted from across the room. While upgrading the kitchen, pairing this hood with a Faucet from our collection keeps the design consistent throughout.
